Join us on Third Tuesday of each month around 5:45pm at Kindred Spirit Brewing or other Local Venues.

Theology on Tap is a monthly gathering to dialogue about “matters of faith that matter.” We explore our views about God, the church, the Bible, our faith and life.  We meet at a brewery and become friends whether we choose  to imbibe or not. All ages and stages are most welcome!

Plan to attend the Montreat Women’s Connection Conference August 10-12 in Montreat North Carolina.  There will be the chance for worship, workshops, fellowship, hiking, sleeping, and lots of fun! This year the keynote speaker is Kate Bowler.  As she learns to live with cancer as a chronic condition, Bowler speaks powerfully about the ways in which her brush with mortality transformed her. She also frankly addresses the uniquely American concept that tragedy is a test of character and looks at the different ways that people try to rationalize suffering and catastrophe, for better or worse. Each registration will receive a copy of her book Everything Happens for a Reason and Other Lies I’ve Loved.

This year we have to option for women to indulge in a couple of Sabbath days before the conference begins or come for the weekend of conference only: (the cost includes part of your registration fee and housing)  August 8-12 $400/person (Leaving Wednesday, returning Sunday) or

August 10-12 $200/person (Leaving Friday, returning Sunday)

Worship will begin each Sunday at 10:00 a.m. in the sanctuary followed by Fellowship time in Duntreath Hall.

Sunday School will resume on September 8th
 9 am – 9:50 am. Worship will remain at 10:00 am.

Office Hours from Memorial Day through Labor Day are
Monday – Thursday 8:30-2:30 and Friday 8:30 – 12 noon

Join us for Palm Sunday on March 29 at 10:30am as we remember Christ’s entry into Jerusalem and the love that led him to the cross. We will gather in Duntreath Hall to bless palms and process into the Sanctuary, singing together. This special service will also include a dramatic reading of Scripture—please consider wearing RED as we enter into this meaningful day of worship.
